
TOSCANINI is pleased to announce the second edition of the Competition with the theme “Toscanini – The Art of Hanging / Manca ‘ncó ‘n plûch!”, for the creation of a graphic element/pictogram able to transmit and represent the brands vision and mission, which can be summed up in the company motto: “manca ‘ncó ‘n plûch”, meaning “there’s still that little something missing”
Plûch is a dialectal term that refers to “that tiny difference between a job well done and true excellence”, the miniscule gap that TOSCANINI – a benchmark in the sector offering solutions for hanging, organising and displaying – seeks to close every day with its creativity, beauty and expertise.
The new 2021 competition announcement is aimed exclusively at students aged over 18 studying on courses in the faculties of Fine Arts, Architecture, Design and Advertising Graphics. Both individual entrants and groups may take part. Entry is free, and entries – original and unpublished – must be sent by 1.00 p.m. on 15 May 2021 at the latest.
The proposals will be assessed by a commission, which will appoint a President and will be composed of professionals with proven experience in graphics, illustration, design and printing.
