For Milan Design Week 2019, the Alessandra Bertona Communication Agency oversaw several areas of the Fuorisalone and the Rho Exhibition Centre for several of our clients.
Below you’ll find a short list of our clients and what they did during MD Week 2019:
ALBED Milan Design Week 2019: THE DOOR IN THE CITY at 5 Via San Damiano [S. Babila]
A door in the centre of Milan. For this occasion, ALBED launched a preview of an exclusive project designed by Alfonso Femia/AF*design: kADRA. A swing door featuring a linear, geometric design that marked the beginning of a prestigious collaboration between the famous designer and the company. The central element is the “frame” of the door that formally defines the doorway, the threshold, and the space between two spaces.
RUBINETTERIE TREEMME together with Ideagroup: Materic Reflections at 9 Via del Carmine [Brera]
Materiality, innovation, colour and design merge along a route that engaged the visitor within an emotional and evocative space, where lighting effects enhanced the material, showing its evolution. The Materic Reflections event was conceived to express an innovative vision of the bathroom, through modern perspectives that draw attention to how the material element transforms and evolves over time.
TOSCANINI Milan Design Week 2019: the launch of the Angie hanger collection designed by Giulio Iacchetti with the installation inspired by a piece of work by Man Ray, entitled Obstruction, in the showroom at 5 Via San Damiano [San Babila]. In the 5VIE district at 11 Via Cesare Correnti from Fattobene: Italy in 100 Objects. A Wunderkammer of the Everyday. An installation that recounted the history of our country from the 19th century to the present day through a collection of 100 objects. In the Isola Design District with the project Ca’ ventiquattro Milan Design Week 2019 at 24 Via G. De Castillia: a building set up and renovated by the architect Roberta Borrelli with the aim of conveying the hospitality of a boutique hotel combined with the comfort of a home.
